superb blackfriars stay
attentive staff proactive approach personal touch
I found the staff attentive. They addressed all my requests promptly i particularly appreciated their proactive approach to service a standout detail was lucia from the front office, who surprised me with birthday treats it felt personal and thoughtful the hotel's location across from blackfriars station made exploring easy.
i noticed some minor wear on the bathroom walls this was a small detail, though the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive

the hotel's proximity to blackfriars station is a significant advantage getting around the area was effortless there are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance i used the nearby thames clipper for transport too.

Really good Stay!!!
convenient location comfortable bed
The location is SUPER convenient. I found the Blackfriars station just across the street. This helped ME get around the city. the room was quite spacious, with a VERY comfortable bed. Breakfast was included. I felt it was great value with a wide array of options. It included a full English breakfast, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

amazing location helpful staff delicious breakfast slow service peeling paint small gym
The location is amazing, right by the underground station (so convenient!). The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I also found the staff to be super helpful and always ready to assist.
The room service was sometimes slow (I waited quite a while for my late-night snack). I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, like a bit of peeling paint. the gym was smaller than I expected it to be.

broken air conditioning breakfast chaos
the air conditioning was broken and the room never got cool. i had to call maintenance three times. the breakfast buffet was also a mess. they never refilled the pastries, and finding a clean table was a challenge. it made starting my day pretty frustrating.
